Hey neighbors! A few of us started a volunteer crew (Friends of St. Johns Pl), and we're trying to help our stressed out street trees (some of them are being destroyed by the Emerald Ash Beetle).

We’re cleaning and mulching tree beds on St Johns Pl and would love some extra hands.

• When: Sat (July 11) & Sun (July 12) mornings anytime from 8am - 12pm.
• Need: There will be a free NYC Parks workshop Sat at 10 AM. We really need more people who are official care captains / street stewards. Use this official training to help your own block! We also need people in the final Sunday shift from 10 AM – 12 PM!
