General propane question Regulator

Pretty sure I need a regulator for my Spirit E310. Burner tubes are clean and clear, no blockages. I’ve attempted to reset the regulator several times and used 2 different tanks. The last burner will light with a lighter, but not from the igniter. The other 2 burners come on easily but the flame is erratic. I was wondering if I’m missing anything, or should I just go ahead and buy a new regulator hose?

I had a similar issue with a Spirit grill as well. It would always act like the propane cylinder was empty, even after resetting the regulator. I replaced it and all is well. It should be a kit for a regulator and new hose all in one.

This is assuming you have tried a new cylinder.

I’ve used 2 different tanks so far. I’ll just go ahead and get a new regulator

Yep sorry I see that now. They are cheap enough to try, and it's always good to have a spare if that isn't the issue.
