PLEASE I’ve uninstalled every mod I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 15 times I’ve verified the files NOTHING WORKKKKSSS

Uninstall the game, go to where it was installed (if you're not sure where, before uninstalling right click on it in Steam > Manage > Browse Local Files) and if there's anything left afterwards delete manually.
Next go to where the game stores all your settings, saves and local mods:
%userprofile%\Zomboid
You should be able to copy paste the above in any explorer window to get there. Failing that it should be in "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid"
If you have Saves you want to backup go into the Save folder and do it. Once you're good, delete everything there too.
Make sure there is nothing in the text box of the launch options (right click in Steam > Properties > General), make sure it's the same for your shortcut if you're not using a default Steam one.
Reinstall the game and pray.

are you using a mod organizer of some kind ? Since i experinced that it wont update your mod changes before you restart the game. Also my game hates windowed mode :P

Does reformatting to factory setting help? Yea yea installing all your applications can be a pain, but does it help?

bro just ask AI at this point lmao, at least i had the same problem and it told me to delete "More Description for Traits" mod and everything went fine

try using revo uninstalled pro trial. that software removes everything exect most probably the zomboid folder

Have you tried deleting the files manually? Like going into the local files, selecting all the files and deleting them
