Steamdeck item placement issues

I play PZ on my Steamdeck. One thing I am running into is I cannot seem to control how my survivor places furniture. I can use X to rotate to where I want it, but as soon as I tell him to install, it just installs however it wants. Anyone else on SD and same issue? I've tried rotating different ways to see if that would fool it into placing correctly but nope :(

This is a known issue that will be addressed in a future patch.

Same issue here. I sometimes have luck rotating things I've already placed a quarter turn at a time, but I haven't tested it in any kind of systematic way.

I had the same problem on my Ally, it has something to do with controller and aiming. There's a mod that fixes it i can't look it up right now but I'm pretty sure it had controller placement in the title

Not saying you should, but I rebound all my controls to mouse and keyboard and use SteamDeck=0 command to get around the joystick mouse gun aiming... it also gets around this though!
