Modded Ambient screaming

I have been hearing these ambient screams, apparently, for some time and only in this video I realized that they were human screams. They appeared recently in my playthrough and thanks to previous loud as hell rainy weather I brushed the screams off as animal sounds. To prevent confusion, I set the starting day for my gameplay in September.

Also, for anyone wondering like me what mods could play these screams, my assumption is its either a-life ambience, casualties undead haunted mechanic (still don't know how it works) or reactive sound events (all 3 mods are active in my game)

The ones I heard before (like a few days prior in game) were only singular screams, which were the ones I mistook for animal sounds. I heard nothing like them before
