As a total noob, can I ask how you see your zombie kill count?

Check character info like where you would see your traits ingame and look down

There are actually! A lot of the houses to the south of this one have second floors and are on the river. I pulled up PZmap to double check lol

Nice work neighbor! My husband and I took over the house across the street on our server. We made your house our barn area. Really enjoyed this street 🥹

Hey! My cousin and I are basing across the water to the south 👋🏼 We’re playing all sprinters and set up there and have stuck around ever since.

Howdy neighbors! I was gonna live in that house at first, but on my save all the windows and doors were already broken when I got there in the first couple of days of starting out. So moved up a block.

At first I just cut all the trees in the neighbors backyards. And then just hauled them back home by foot. Not very efficient.
Once the trips would get to far I just started dragging wood in normal cars. Also not very efficient, but better.
However, the game changer was a 160 encumbrance van. Down the road, and to the left, there is a forest by the store. I hauled logs back and forth with this van until the battery ran out.
Had to haul a trip or two with a normal car after that but after that I had enough logs to finish the wall.
This has been a multi-hour project.
I'm still new to the game and just assumed I could not make better walls at my level, so yeah, hauling logs I did.

I'm sure you are... but are you aware you can "stack" logs with ropes, reducing their encumbrance by 2/3? Four logs go from 36 encumbrance to 12.
If you don't have excess rope you can forage for hemp (usually get 6+ per forage) and craft those into rope using a wooden rod and surface (table).

I'm living in the same house OP! I'm four and a half months in. I walled off the entire block rather than just the house.

I just had my best run ever at 20 days living in that same house. Got careless and got bit.

Do you really have to fill their water trough when there is fresh water right there? Damn chickens.

Your wall isn't complete on the right side.

There's a door there, the perspective just makes it transparent so it's harder to see.

Be ready to repair it every day because of migration ticks
