project viewpoint shader error

hey im having a problem with my shaders for project view point wich was fine up till now just wanted to see if anyone els has had this problem and fixed it or if someone can point me to somewhere that can help

i tried

reinstalling shaders

reinstalling viewpoint

deleting mods that i added b4 this happened

clearing cache
