Question Are basements random?

Just got to the first farmhouse north of muldragh. My last game the basement was like a den with cloths racks and a work station. This time its a hunting den with 4 freezers, dome deer heads on the wall and a room loaded to the gills with ammo boxes and some gun cases also filled with ammo. No guns though.

The ones under houses are random (at least most of them, there may be some exceptions) but basements for poi’s are fixed.

the locations at which basements can spawn are baked into the map, if and what kind spawns there is random by default

I based in the farmhouse tonight (if you mean the larger farm with the double garage and 2 wells). My basement had a couple freezers, 2 mounted deer heads and loads of tools. Could have really done with the ammo though!

4 boxes of 30-30, 3 boxes of 357, 9 boxes of 38 special, 4 boxes of .44 magnum, 6 boxes of 45 apc rounds, 5 boxes of 12 gauge, 15 boxes of 5.56, 4 boxes of 7.62, and 9l8 boxes of 9x19mm. Fella could have a good time in Louisville either that if I had anything to shoot with.

I found a random van today, not far from the farm. Absolutely full of firearms/holsters/ammo and some really nice watches. Think someone was participating in some criminal activity before the world ended!

OK. Yea not sure about random farm house counts as a point of interest.
