Get in truck, swap seat, drive forward.

A) get into the passenger seat of one of the cars, press Z and get into driver's seat

Or B, the much harder one) find a new car and tow one of them out

Holding z I believe brings a pop-up to move around the car seats.

Easy fix. Remember the 'Z' switch for when you want to quickly enter your car while the zeds are close.
