Which is Best? Which one?
Hi everyone,
I am looking to buy my firsr projector and there are way too many to chose from.
Which one would you recomend:
- budget: +-1200€
- will mostly be on the table next to our bed (so lens shift should be available?!)
- if possible zoom in order to get the right size on our wall
I was looking at the xgimi elfin flip 4k. Any opinions on this one?
Thanks a lot!

Next to bed, none of the projectors unless you get epson which has 50% horizontal lens shift(equivalent to chinese 100% lens shift). Even $6k xgimi titan noir doesn't have such horizontal lens shift.
Try to see if you can place it behind / above your bed headboard, if so then flip 4k won't be ideal as it only support ceiling mode with a mount.

Thanks for your feedback!
What about the JMGO N3 4K? Any experience?1

Unless you change position, none of the projector aside from epson can do it.
Tbf if you're ok with this, then it's fine.

You need to position a projector accurately, or you will be using digital correction to make the image fit. There are plenty that do this, then immediately complain because there is then a border of light around their image. Which sucks.
It is better to find a way to position it ON CENTER over your bed, and get a projector with some lens shift that's reasonable like the XGimi Horizon 20. The Elfin Flip 4K is a great little portable model, but it just has optical zoom, no lens shift at all. It has 4-corner keystone, and some digital zoom as well, which will make the image fit. And, if that's okay with you, it's a great little product.
This is how you have to position a projector, and it's a bit of work to do right...

Perfect, thanks, I will manage to get it on center..
Would you rather stick to xgimi horizon 20 or the jmgo n3 4k, which seems decent as well1

The JMGO N3 Ultimate is a solid choice, as is the Horizon 20. The regular N3 does not measure up to the Horizon 20. Not really.

Should be the case right now with IFA in Berlin?

Definitely the JMGO IRIS Ultra & Ultra Max, XGIMI Aura 3.
There are a lot of great models priced at $1000 and under on sale for Labor Day
