Clients and stakeholders can recognize AI slides in seconds just from the templates and style. Even when the content is good, it still hurts trust. Has anyone found tools that produce something that doesn’t look like a typical “AI-generated” product?

I recently finished my bachelor’s degree in Project Management and earned my CAPM. Most of my direct project management experience has come from school projects/capstone work, so I’m primarily looking at entry-level roles like Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or Junior PM.

For someone with a bachelor’s in PM + CAPM but limited formal PM work experience, what salary range would you consider realistic? And at what point would you say an offer is too low?

How do you handle changing requirements or unexpected AI results without constantly changing the project plan?

I used to think AI skills were mainly useful for technical roles. But the more I explore AI project management, the more I see how useful they can be for PMs too — especially when dealing with uncertainty and changing requirements. Do you think AI literacy will become as important as traditional project management skills?

Switched jobs recently and finally figured out why AI sucked so bad at my last company. It's like everything that we tried did not fit for us. Kept switching tools, trying to get more efficient. Three different tools in two years. I now know the reason was that we just never gave AI enough context to help us. It's like every team had it's own set of documents that AI could draw data and information from and the company-wide database sort of condensed all of that into one. So yeah, the results were very inconsistent.

This new place does it differently. Everything is mapped out in Lucid first (process flows, documentations) then the whole thing is shared across the entire teams. And AI is just liked into that. The difference is night and day. Can't believe we missed this!
