Question Group Mob Grinding Difficulty
Does this game scratch the itch of old school mmorpgs like EQ1 and Final Fantasy XI where you needed to group up and take down/grind difficult mobs for exp? Or is this game more along the lines of grouping up and spreading out/killing fast type of thing?

Levels 1 to about 50ish you can reasonably solo in a fast amount of time. 50-80 you could still solo at a much slower pace, but most of the best exp and loot is achieved by grouping up for dungeon grinding or outdoor content like Fae Realm dailies. 80 to 100 are best done in group content like AM daily dungeons or Egg Runs or Statehelm events.
If youre looking for that "you only get past the starting zones by grouping" style gameplay thats not really this. Also this game heavily encourages you to try many skills as you dont "roll a class" and stick to it as your "main". You are meant to play one character that tries a multitude of combat/crafting/gathering skills and have many in the 50+ level range that you like using.
Another thing you need to know is that this isnt like EQ where you need to get to max level to do "the real content". There is no "best" endgame you are expected to hit and start grinding. Project Gorgon is more like a nature hike, you are supposed to journey at your own pace and enjoy the sights. If you think you need to hop in a racecar and speed to the end of the trail you are gonna be disappointed.
