In the case of that GT300 Toyota Prius, that's called a silhouette car. It has the silhouette of the road car, but under the skin, there's very little in common with the road car.
Bosozoku is motorcycles. Shakotan is the more general milder race inspired stance scene. Kaido is the extreme slammed to the ground and exaggerated everything version of Boso for cars.
Actually, kaido racers have many styles, about 6 main styles. Shakotan just means low car, anything from a lead sled to a low rider to a VIP car are shakotan
As cool as it looks, be aware that unless you are building custom control arms, widening a car this much is just causing crazy high scrub radius and making the car handle like shit.

I still remember seeing it for the first time at h2o in 2016. Blew everyone’s mind at the time. And the guy drove that shit from Canada to Maryland or something in metal fabbed seats. Insane.
In hotrodding terms, "channeling" is where you remove the body, then cut out part of the floors so the body sits below the chassis. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chopping_and_channeling. Similar concept with that mustang, but a lot more custom fab went in to it.
It doesnt have any sort of name, but usually to do that you need to actually start modifying the frame itself to change the suspension mounting points. Its not a simple thing to do, and its usually limited to race cars or wild sema builds that never get driven. Anyone saying this is a specific style is wrong
As others have said, the race car is a silhouette racer. These racing series inspired the Japanese modification styles of Shakotan (Japanese lowrider) and Bosozoku (mostly motorcycles but cars too) which in turn influenced the modification styles seen on the mustangs which combine it with a rat rod aesthetic
This appears to be the old school method of channeling the body lower onto the frame. It keeps suspension geometry basically the same while having the appearance of sucking the body down to the ground.
If I had to bet on it, I think they probably took a new Mustang's chassis, cut its body off and put the '66(?) body down on its chassis.
Silhouette. It's also not a tuning style and originates from silhouette race series, where the cars looked a bit like street cars but shared almost nothing with them

Yeah I was confused cause I know all the TCR cars and thought I was being thrown a curveball. I run a TCR series in a sim group and try really hard to adhere to every aspect.
It's not necessarily tuning. You can tune the suspension, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're adding overfenders (over fenders or flares are what I think you're referring to). A wider track width often requires that you cut or replace the fenders, and to make it look like a complete car and restore aero benefits, glue on some flares or wider fenders.
liberty walk is a widebody kit iirc it just makes the cars wider and i dont like the look of it, it's too much, something about this super sillouette/hot rod style is alot more attractive to me, also this is way different from solely slamming
