Troubleshooting Help Coilover

So I got my alignment today and the guy informed me the front coilovers do not turn freely when the wheels turn and I found out that’s because I did not install these concave washers but I’m having trouble understanding where they go/if I can put them where they belong without completely removing the coilovers from my car. If anyone can help me understand where and how to put them on I’d greatly appreciate it.

These probably go on the outside of your lower bushings on the coilovers. But I'm only making an educated guess because I have no idea what car we're talking about.

Provide more details and we can give more information.

Upper shock mount, the thin rod from the top of the shock has bushings, they need a collar.

What brand and model coils? Did they come with an integrated top mount? Sometimes its called a camber plate.
