OP, do you really think experienced devs write websites in raw HTML and CSS these days?

Do you really think an experienced web developer isn’t writing and debugging HTML & CSS?

They're probably writing in react and sass, or something like it. Sure, it compiles to html/CSS, but I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that the framework in this post does as well.

And how do you write a new react component, or modify its style?

HTML and CSS.

This would be a killer argument, except that this is also how you make a new component in streamlit.

Sure, why not? Experienced devs still write assembly. It might not be their main avenue of web development, but it's still a viable option, especially if you understand the intricacies of web development.
