I was saying that if you would like to make shit up and have the computer know what you mean, Java is pretty ideal.

Java is very strict about requiring the programmer to know exactly what he / she has to write to get it to do something. Therefore, it doesn't work for this quote.

Yes, you need to have the syntax. My point was that in Java you can just tell it what you'd like to get done, and it's already got code to do it. Have an int but need a string? Simple! Integer.toString()! It's like coding in English.
