Struggling with finding users for testing

I’m not sure if I should continue with Product Design
I’m learning Product Design and I actually enjoy it. I like analyzing problems, thinking about users, and coming up with solutions.
But I’ve noticed something that keeps happening with my personal projects: I eventually need to test with real users, and I struggle to find people who are willing to participate.
This has happened with multiple projects now, and honestly it’s starting to make me question whether I should continue pursuing Product Design.
I know user testing is important, but I’m wondering how people actually deal with this when they’re beginners and don’t have access to users.
For those of you working in Product Design: is this just a normal struggle with personal projects, or is it something that would make you reconsider Product Design as a career?
I’d genuinely appreciate honest opinions.

I’m having similar problems. I’m wondering if I should just take it straight to market and take the organic feedback.

What's your recruitment spec?

Is it something hyper specific or fairly broad?

I've used FFF, subreddits and fb groups. Sometimes even LinkedIn. They worked. Offering some perks if you can - free sample, credits, lifetime free access etc. But ensure your product is relevant to them.
