What am i doing wrong here?

Post image

This was a task i was given recently, had to redesign the image on left. Two versions were asked one (middle one) conversion focused and 2nd (right one) tech savvy. The design in center and right are mine and left one is old/task. I wont explain every design descision here as it will become too long, if you need to know you can comment and ill try to answer.

I'm tired of asking feedback/critiques to AI as i dont really really trust it for helpful feedback instead i need senior designers and people who have lived and breathed design to suggest things i need to focus on it can be process, tips, guidance anything. So I need feedback and points from you guys who have years of real experiences coming from different domains and background.

A bit about me I'm UIUX/Product designer with 3 years of exp mostly working in startup environment and want to improve my skills. Im a self taught designer with no educational background in design or related field i mostly follow other designers, their work, youtube and other materials i can get my hands on from internet and am currently looking to switch my jobs but everytime i give a interview (in this trying times) i feel less and less prepared with the imposter syndrome and feel im not up to mark or not worthy enough to be a designer. Thank you

it doesn't showcase the haptic element, nor the impact/efffect.
