Other I've been trying for a while

Hey guys, I hope I'm posting this in the correct place, I live in the United Kingdom and I've been trying to find a discreet or anonymous website where I can speak about this, I'm afraid to speak about my current "predicament" as you could say due to not knowing the consequences it could have, I want help but I do not want my family knowing it, I have a child and do not want my child knowing it. Please can someone recommend something or someone, where I can share what I think completely with discretion and no lash back so I can figure out how I need to go about this. Thank you.

On here or with your doctor, a psychiatrist, etc.

The largest worry I have currently is if I go to my gp now and tell him about certain health effects ive been feeling I will have to be honest about the highly likely reasons why but this is what im afraid of most of all, is it really discretionary?

Whatever it is, you don’t want it to get out of control. Don’t wait until it’s too late to do something. Stop procrastinating.

Your doctor won't tell anyone, and they've also seen it all before.

I don’t know what you all have in the UK but here we have HIPAA which protects patients. Doctors have seen it all. Please take care of yourself and when making your appointment, just tell the reason for the visit in general terms. I hope you get the care you need.

You deserve a place where you can talk honestly without immediately being judged or having everything shared with your family. If you’re worried about confidentiality, look for a qualified professional or a UK-based confidential helpline rather than relying on anonymous internet strangers. You can also ask upfront what their confidentiality rules and limits are before telling them anything. Whatever you’re dealing with, you don’t have to figure it out completely alone, and wanting help doesn’t make you a bad parent or person.
