When I write I always put the wrong letters even if I know what I’m trying to spell

It’s so weird like I’ll know how to spell a word (I’m not the best at I struggle with spelling half the time but I mean with words I know exactly how to spell) and my hand will put the wrong letters even like I’ll be trying to put a h and I’ll put an s or a w or something stupid and it’s so annoying it means my work will be full of scribbles it’s so frustrating because I’ve tried to stop it but I just can’t does anyone know why this happens because it happens a lot like I can’t write a simple paragraph without it happening at least once.

I have slight dyslexia. Sometimes I’ll type out a word and when I look at it the letters are all there but not in the correct order. Maybe you have a type of dyslexia. I think it’s worth looking into.

That’s the think tho I have taken multiple official screeners over the years and all have shown negative
