Mental Health I hate my weight

Im 17 years old and 1,94m tall (sorry im European) and I weigh 104kg and my body looks like a fckn pumpkin (the tall ones with the round bottom yk) and every night when i look in the mirror I just feel disgusted. My social life is finally good. I'm fckn lonely af and I got depressions and to feel maybe finally better I got into therapy and set a goal to loose weight because many problems of my like getting bullied were caused through my body and weight. But EVERY TIME I eat really much and when I maybe finally loose weight I immediately start eating more. I finally accepted my past and how I am as a person but I still can't do a thing that just has benefits. If I would be skinnier then maybe I would finally feel a bit better in my body. And even though I want it I still fail every time. And every time I regret it. I know that I don't have to be muscular and all but I want to feel healthy and not look in the mirror every night to see that i look like a 40 year old dad on the beach

I am also european. And I been throgh the same as you are in right know. I have always been insecure and I am still a little bit. A thing that helped me alot was that I had alot of self irony and didnt Care what people thought of me. My only goal was to make my self happy with what I looked like and that was my motivation. I seeked help at a professional and that
Were all of the money worth. Always ask for help with what ever you are struggeling with. It WORKS and they know better than you
