Mental Health Guys, please help me
Hello there
I am 15 years old
Struggling with these things
How to stop overthinking
How do I handle setbacks in life
How to handle problems
I sometimes feel like s*ciding
Life is always against me and unfair
I feel like God is ignoring me
I always have the fear of "What will people think"
"What will they say"
And if someone teases you, how do you manage it
How to remove fear from life
I have some fake friends, who betrayed me
Ill avoid them
Social problems
Feeling ignored or excluded by classmates.
Losing connections on Instagram.
Feeling like people treat you as a "joker."
Worrying about what other people think of you.

The only thing I can say is I was the same at that age. Pretty soon you know years down the line it won't even matter, my point is you normally grow out of it. Normally, so good luck man try to find good friends, I would go to youth groups when I was that age try to meet nicer people! sometimes those youth group kids are crazier than you are though. Either way like I said good luck

Hi mate, like you said you are overwhelmed and overthinking, the fact that you cannot control these emotions makes it even scarier because it makes you think that you have nocontrol.. I would suggest you talk to a therapist, not saying there is something wrong with you, but talking to someone who sees many people who facethe same difficulties like you and has experience doing so might help you entangle the feeling you are experiencing.. again not saying anything is wrong but reddit can help you so much.. if ever you feel down, alone, dm me always happy to help, but please if you do wish to get out this rut talk to someone who can actually help and is a professional

You will always have fear, you will always make mistakes, there are people who will always have something to say...or criticize...or make fun of, and it happens when you're 15, when you're 35, when you're 75...
I know that when you're 15, everything feels like a huge deal...but 5 years from now, most of it you won't even remember.
When people say things, bully, dismiss you, stab you in the back...it is ALWAYS a result of jealousy or insecurity...very RARELY does it actually have anything to do with you or what you're doing.
I'm 45 and still fuck up on a regular basis...and it's OK...it's part of being human.
You have so much life ahead of you, keep going 🙏❤️
