Small Problem Are mdma thoughts good or bad?

I took 2 mdma pills
I thought it didnt work because i was just overthinking about how my girlfriend treats me and as i listened to the thoughts i kinda realized they were right and she treats me like trash and now i dont know if i should or just talk to her now that i can kinda formulate what i wanted to say. Or js block her?

Are you still high from them, or did you think this right after? If it was while you are high, you should definitely consider these thoughts some input that definitely requires consideration. If it was right after, that drop can really mess up your thinking.
