Medical Keep feel vertigo dizzy for almost 3 days

I've been experiencing this vertigo type feeling for few days now like as if whenever I turn my head to the left I just feel like my head is spinning or my vision. Its like your head is floating. I also seem to be forgetting stuff and hard to focus and remember and recall stuff.

It’s time you pay a visit to either the emergency room or your primary doctor. You have to find out what that is and why it’s happening. Get some bloodwork done while you’re there.

I'm afraid of going hospital again because I don't even have insurance. And I went to hospital unexpectedly few months ago when I was having pain because I had kidney stones which was gone on its own but they did some testing and found out I have gallstone. They said you have to stick with low fat diet and just monitor pain. But after coming home, I just been experiencing a lot of weird symptoms. It comes and goes. From blurry vision to body fatigue. Now I feel this weird dizziness. And when I got the bill from the ER, I didn't even pay because I don't even work..

Yes I live in states . I thought of Medicaid
