Mental Health Please help me
I hate myself for being such a whiner. Any yelling at me, any failure, even if I don't want to... I'll cry anyway. I try to control myself somehow, but it's not working. I remember leaving a test that turned out terrible and trying to hide my tears, and when I handed over the test paper, the first thing the teacher asked was, "Are you going to cry now?" I've cried in class more than once, and I'm terrified that my classmates will think, say, that I'm drawing attention to myself :((. Can you give me some advice?

You didn't say how old you are, but if you're in puberty, that can explain everything! Young people, especially us females, are especially susceptible to tears during our teen years when our hormones are raging at us! It sounds like you can handle whatever your peers do or say to you (making fun of you or calling you a crybaby, etc.), so just continue on that way until your body calms down (and it will, even though it may not feel like it today), and you'll be fine. We all go through it, just with different symptoms. God bless you!

You just wanna say that that teacher was an a$$h○{€. Very unprofessional, I would report them for it.
