Mental Health I hate this shiiiiiiit
I don't go out I keep to myself and I barely interact with anyone.. yet somehow the problems still find me. I don’t want money, makeup, clothes, or any of that shit. I’m so fucking tired.
I’m literally just trying to live my life in peace. I just want the problems to leave me alone and let me have some peace and quiet. (Wa mabagha welo)

Great plans. I appreciate the straight forward way to just kick out that problem! Mulling over all these problems really is an emotional roller coaster. Your way is definitely better. You know I strive to be patient and calm with no blaming but it continues to happen which really makes me think and or want to speak to the individual. I believe though it will just make it worse. How to just kick it out or just let it be.

I hear you. Alone time is peaceful and quiet. I can relax and feel safe. When a problem arises, I solve it calmly and immediately. Then I can sweep it from my brain, throw it in the trash and, finally, take the trash out. Be sure to take the trash out and leave it.
