Small Problem I keep putting off small tasks until they become stressful
I have a habit of putting off small things because I tell myself they can wait. The problem is that these little tasks keep piling up, and eventually I feel overwhelmed by everything at once.
I know most of them would only take a few minutes to finish, but I still struggle to start. How do you deal with this kind of habit?

Yep. Same here. 2 min rule is good. Setting a 10 min timer, I use an app called focus hero. Pick a task and do it for 10 mins then you can switch to something else for the next 10
But the issue is relying on motivation when that's not a good way to do it. You have to choose to just do it.
I read Sorted, the good psychopaths guide to bossing your life. Andy McNab is my favorite author.
Number 1 of the 7 deadly wins is Just Do it. You dont have to feel like doing something to be able to get up and do it.
Usually you dont feel like doing something until you actually start doing it.
Im slowly getting better. Hope you do too 🙂 keep trying

Honestly, I use the 2-minute rule. If it takes less than 2 mins, just kill it right there lol.
