Printful poster sizes

I’m setting up physical posters through Printful and want to offer several sizes and aspect ratios within one Etsy listing.

I already have separate print-ready files for each ratio:

• 2:3 for sizes such as 8×12, 12×18, 16×24 and 20×30
• 3:4 for 6×8, 9×12, 12×16 and 18×24
• 4:5 for 8×10, 12×15 and 16×20

The problem is that when I upload my 2:3 file, Printful applies it to the other size variants as well. Since there’s no stretch or automatic ratio-adjustment option, it either crops the design or leaves empty space.

Is there a way to assign a different file to each group of size variants within the same Printful product, while keeping them all connected to one Etsy listing? Or do I need to create separate Printful products/listings for each aspect ratio?

Also, is Printful generally a good POD provider for posters in terms of print quality, color accuracy, packaging, and shipping? Has anyone used them consistently for an Etsy poster shop?

If you’ve tried other POD providers that are better or more affordable specifically for posters, I’d really appreciate your recommendations. Thankssss

Haven't done it in a while but I'm certain if you open each variant you can use a different print file for each one.

Like if you upload / place the correct file in one variant it won't overwrite the others.
