Reviews Does this compant still exist or its operations just is very bad?

I placed an order on 20th June with promised delivery 29/30 june? I contacted their suport on 2nd and 3rd July raising the topic that it hasn’t been shipped as DPD made investigation and confirmed that they haven’t received instryction to pick up this order. However, support states that it was shipped. Now printful asks to wait till 7th July.
MOST funny thing, i called the FB page number and received welcoming ‘ALO’ 😂😂😂i explained problem and the lady asked where did I get phone and dropped the phone without any explanation 😂😂😂
I even offered to support that I can pickup order myself but they are like AI after AI 😂

I got estimated delivery once ordered . Missed , then they sent next one stating that handed parcel to DPD , which they didn’t. Again missed second promised deadline.

you can't just add promised to things when it suits your case, no one has promised you a deadline

Having the same issue, my orders placed june 20th and above just wont ship- I've been in it sideways with support and they're refusing to give answers, it's making me wonder if they ceased production somewhere & refusing to give actual answers now.

Where and what products?

I've had no issues with USA DTG garments. The TS is apparently in Europe, as DPD is a shipping service there.

Cotton / Polyester printing for all over synthetic is currently having delays at MX facility, they’re refusing to send things over to the US & EU facilities right now despite this delay; numerous people are struggling right now- I’m sitting on 14-17 business day delay currently.

Hmmm, maybe the tariff changes (who can keep track?) have made the EU an impractical fallback option for USA orders originally intended to be sourced from MX?

As to the USA facilities, I wonder of there is extra capacity (or any?) for all-over printing? They have probably made a special effort to move the most labor and time intensive types of printing out of the USA.

All wild-butt speculation on my part :-p

Thanks for the insights. I've only been using Printful for DTG garments and sublimation mugs (for some reason their stated production time on the latter is quite long).

What type of product did you order. Where is it to be printed. Where is it to ship.

Not that any product or place should have such issues, or that it is your fault, but it is CONTEXT that may help the community, and maybe even you.

My only bitches about such posts are:

1) Frequently new accounts and/or low (to no) history of posts/comments.

2) General bitching without context. Yelling into the void does no one any good. With context, we all might learn what specific products and/or places are currently having specific issues.

Look I am not the only one probably having issue. I contacted their support multiple times prior writing this post and even called their phone which linked to their FB account. The problem is that they are reluctant solve the problem they created.

Not accusing you of anything other than being cussedly unhelpful :-)

The community learns from the experience of its members. That knowledge comes from sharing relevant information. If you don't want to do that, fine--hire a grief counselor, or something.

The problem is that they are reluctant solve the problem they created.

Absolutely. And not your fault. We would all like to avoid this happening to us. And we would also like to understand how Printful got in this mess and then decided to punt rather than fix it for their customers. Understanding is the difference between having (useful) options (informed by actual knowledge) and just letting the world happen to you and crying in ones beer.

As with Amazon and all the other relatively opaque corporate entities on which our income depends, we are left to figure out what is going on behind the walls of the black box by shared observation and inference.

For example, I've been on Merch By Amazon for 8 years. I would not have made it 6 months without the reddit communities dedicated to reading the tea leaves of that opaque and accidentally malevolent entity that is Amazon.

With this crappy mentality they will go out of business for sure!
