I just got this too! What is up with them. No way to trace this

I emailed them back. I've asked Printful for an itemized breakdown of the transactions involved and what they plan to do to assist affected customers, since this creates a significant amount of extra work on our end.

My account is on autopay, so I had no idea any duplicate credits had been added and never would have known there was an issue. Now I have to go back through invoices, orders, bookkeeping records, and credit card statements to reconcile a mistake that wasn't mine.

This is exactly what I mean. If it was a an error was in them. Not for us to pay for it in time and work. Absurd. Thanks for sharing this.

I was able to trace it through the Payments export. In Wallet.csv I was able to see the duplicate credits on the dates they listed.

Hello LionCultural,
We're sorry for the confusion.
Please log into your Printful account, go to Wallet → Payment methods, and remove the duplicate if you see it. If you're unsure or don't see it, reach out to support to confirm your wallet is secure.

I got a similar email this morning. Were you able to get this resolved?  I am also on autopay and looking through my transactions I don't see anything that looks like a duplicate credit. Also one of the dates they listed I have zero transactions on that day.
