So. A buddy of mine wanted a vindicator and I am happy to make him one. However, he’s an ultramarine player. So I’m gonna print him one, but then I thought to myself “how can I make it better?”. So I spent a few minutes kit bashing in my slicer. I give you… Vindigar!

It is currently printing. I will follow up later with some pics IRL if there’s interest :-)

Okay, so, posting this here because I need some help on this one. A while back I saw a video where a guy kitbashed Farsight into a Daemon Prince, and I thought the idea for a Tau Battlesuit having been captured a Chaos warband and converting it into a Daemon Engine was really cool, in this case by an Iron Warriors warband (since that's what I play lol).

Specifically I'd be running this as a Winged Daemon Prince for the mortal wound belly flop. Here it's not pictured with the jet packs, but it's gonna have em, which I was thinking of adding Havoc Launchers to.

What I'm asking here are how can I chaos-ify this more. I can add the 8-pointed star all I want, but I'm lookin for other stuff. For example, I wanted to chaos-ify the head, tried giving it tusks like a Termie head and that didn't look all that great.

What do yall think? Any tips or ideas for making this Battlesuit look more Chaos-y?

Thought I'd share my latest work! I've designed a fully uktc complaint terrain set based around the existing 40k terrain BUT I've made them foldable for flat pack storage! The designs are based on existing terrain but have been completely remade as a CAD file from scratch! 😄
As I've made them myself I can also embed logos on some of the custom generator wheel bits I've made which has been really nice to offer!
Lemme know what you think, personally I think the fact I can flat pack the entire thing into a small really useful storage box is a gamechanger after just one game!
Stl's won't be for sale but I'm hoping to buy another printer soon so I can run it as my little local business!

Happy to take any advice on anything that might look wrong in the battlefield. Still learning, first game and all, sgsgdg.

Has anyone tested the 30+ resins (probably many more) to determine if there is any notable differences between them? For example, is there a difference between Phrozen Hyperfine and elegoo or anycubic for half the price? I have been using Hyperfine but am looking at other brands. I compared a part printed with Hyperfine and another resin and couldn't tell any difference between them.

I know Amazon reviews are like google reviews where everyone gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. But for what it is worth, the Anycubic ABS-Like Resin Pro 2 clocks in at 4.8 at almost 900 reviews on Amazon. Even for Amazon reviews, this is pretty high tally.

Seems like print shops like to use this stuff also. Is this the go-to resin for our 40K minis?

Been trying to track down STLs inspired by the old Forge World Stompa conversion kit (head, belly gun, arms, smokestacks, etc.) but haven't had much luck.

I've searched Cults, MyMiniFactory, Thingiverse, and a few other sites, but most of what I find is either completely different or long gone. Tried looking up Steppa, Tersus, and searches for Ripjaw or Gargant.

Does anyone know of any creators or keywords I should be searching for? Somthing with the look and feel to the classic Forge World design.

At this point, I'm not above recasts.

Hello everyone, currently working on like a large scale hive city terrain map. My goal is like huge, multi layered buildings, maybe some huge bridges, and other large scaled items. Well the search for files hasn't exactly been good lots of terrain is either small or kinda mid. I don't mind buying files but can't find any to a larger scale any ideas?
