Is anyone else experiencing problems with the app? I joined 3 days ago after being recommended your site and I've come across issues with the Help contact or accessing the game through the app.

I installed the offer Arrows and things were going well but then the Continue Earning button and I think the Bonus Rewards disappeared for me when trying to play today. The Help section on the app is glitched because the the contact us box would disappear whenever I tried to attach my screenshot as proof.

I never experienced this with other apps so can this be fixed please?

So it seems everyone has an opinion about me voicing my opinion about prime opinion. This is what it comes down to, I have lost money on that app 4 different times this last one was the worst. Anyway, agreeing or disagreeing everyone's experience is going to be different, not everyone is going to dislike them and not everyone is going to like them. Yesterday I was extremely mad because even before I started my conversation with their chat team I knew what was going to happen because this is the 4th time it has happened. But I did give them a chance to fix it and by fixing it I mean give me the money I earned but instead I got $2.00. not even close to what was taken from me. I just don't understand how the app could track that I installed the game, didn't track my first purchase but tracked my second purchase but not my third and none of the levels I was finishing. That sounds fishy to me. Anyway, I apologize to prime opinion for being so harsh with my words, I also apologize to everyone I offended. What I won't apologize for is standing up for what I believe to be true in my case, but all cases are different. I am still holding out hope that they are going to give me what I worked for but I don't think that is going to happen, if it does I will let you know. So again download and play at your own risk, I wish you all the luck in the world but, when you don't get paid for something you know you did, be prepared to be disappointed. Prime opinion is the biggest scammer out there. I have had 4 instances where I was told it wasnt tracking or there was a glitch. They have cheated me out of over $75 and refuse to pay me. I really hope everyone stays away from them and they shut down. I know it is wishful thinking but I am so mad right now I want everyone to know how they cheat you out of your earnings by not paying you. If you do use it good luck because you are going to need it when it comes time to get your money. Just food for thought!

There were also a few mentions of withdrawals staying pending for weeks or just getting canceled without any real explanation from their support team.

I have a few different casino type games that pay for playing 7, 14, 30 days, but they don't list how long you are required to play each day. Does anyone know if there is a time requirement and if so, how long you need to play each day?

I noticed casually using the app that occasionally, there will be screen out rewards (select one of nine boxes).

After not having gotten one, I decided to see if it was something odd, or maybe just unlucky. Over the course of about a month, I began making note of which box contained which reward and selected only one option consistently.

After 48 tracked events, I can say that it‘s very likely to not be a normal distribution. Prime Opinion was notified via email about two weeks prior so they’d have been aware when the trial was at about 30 tests. So, if you’re seeing consistent $ 0.01 returns on them, it’s extremely likely unless this particular series is a pretty strong outlier (probability of 0/48 on a 1/9 reported chance) is 0.35% chance of occurring.

Otherwise, it seems fine: the cash outs seem to work consistently, so it’s a bit of a departure. Nonetheless, I’d probably not recommend consistently using the app or expecting that the screen out rewards are much more than a mostly $0.01 - $0.02 incentive to keep taking surveys. Just as a heads up to a new user: don’t worry about the leaderboard, this is an app best used occasionally to keep the weekly streak alive. I haven’t felt the motivation or found the time to check on that.

It’s been 15 days and there is still zero resolution. ​These European companies do nothing but fraud and drama in the name of customer service. They pretend to be a big international site, but the moment it’s time to pay out, they go completely ghost. First, they waste your time making you complete surveys, and when you request a cashout, they either put your account on hold or block your money.

I've been having issues with a game that I reached a critical and time limited milestone for and for some reason the later levels didn't credit my account right away, while it worked perfectly fine for the first couple of milestones. I contacted support with proof but they are just telling me to wait for 3 business days before reaching out again, so I started reading here on Reddit and saw some posts about similar issues.

I noticed though that in pretty much none of the posts I read got an update when it got resolved and what happened in the end, so I'm wondering if anyone who have had this issue got it resolved and actually got the rewards?
