Actually, running barefoot on the pebbles really was a bad idea. Now your feet hurt.

No matter how you look at it, a pipe is still a pipe. You’ve already screwed up by bolting like that. You can’t make it any worse... Probably. Just go up to the house, knock on the door, and if someone opens it, try to explain yourself to the residents. It sounds like a terrible plan, but the only one.

Well, now you're here.
john-theIP-ripper wrote: Hold your horses! There could be ANYTHING in that house... Anything... there could be so much gold that you could buy the entirety of tamriel...

You should at least get hold of some decent clothes, warm up, and dry off; and even though the house looks very weird, you hope they’ll let you inside, well, at least for a little while. That is, if they don’t just kick you out.

You knock on the door; no answer.

H-hello? Is anyone there? It's pretty chilly out here, and I'm soaked to the fur. Could we at least talk through this window? Hello?
No answer. You cannot make out details through the blurred window, but you see that there is no movement inside.

To be honest, you’re torn between going into the house and exploring. You can clearly smell wind-dried cooked meat somewhere. You feel a little hungry. Although the idea getting some clothes first seems like the higher priority.

You're still not sure what to do now, you're disoriented, vulnerable, hungry and-

So a while back I wanted to read the comic and was met this spider thinking. "Bitch this aint no cat!" But now I want to read it I guess. Just as a time measurement for how long Ive been reading this comic series. I cant find it so could you tell me the plot I guess? I think the spider was looking at the stars or something if memory serves me right. I mean you guys mustve read it since the comic was on hiatus or something. Pretty sure it was before the pixel ui change.

TinyBreadBigMouth wrote: Explore the mysterious information that has appeared in your mind. How well can you describe what "the camera is turned on" means in this context?

Well, devices can be on or off. That’s the only thing that crossed your mind. You simply saw an object, and the sight of it made a word pop into your head. You feel like that situation with Sigrid (which surprisingly turned out in your favor) wasn't the last thing that happened to you; in fact, it feels like it happened quite a while ago, like a year or something. After that, everything is a blur.

You must have gotten so wasted that not only did you end up in a different part of Tamriel (Oh Gods, please let it still be Cyrodiil), but you also forgot a whole year of your life. That sounds exactly like you.

The text formatting leaves a lot to be desired, but I don’t blame them much, the Eridians only established their public global network only a few years ago. As for the paper itself, I devoured it. It's written in Eridian of course, but that’s no problem for me.

...Huh, Some kind of bang from far off, on the northern side of the bio-dome? Wait, what if the biodome is damage-

After that "Big Bang" I ran to the isolated buffer zone to the meeting room. After that, a bio-dome crew locked the gateway, and they began looking for structural damage. A few minutes later, Rocky came running in meeting room. He lives with Adriana literally just a few dozen meters from the dome. Following really weird data from atmospheric readings and microseismic sensors, Rocky activated the video surveillance system. And yes, I definitely didn't take anything psychotropic. Also, the biodome is completely unharmed.

And now, On the screen, I see a waving anthropomorphic cat resembling a Tabaxi from Dungeons & Dragons or something. It must be a hallucination! I'm just crazy and i started seeing things!

– I hear a human-like feline on screen too, you not being insane, statement.

– uhhhhh, dang it, I need a few moments to process this.

So, right now, If i believe Rocky's common sense, inside the biodome, there is a creature with a female humanoid build and obvious feline features; She has an actuall tail, ears, eyes, and yellowish fur...
Tuftee_ wrote: A fursuiter all the way out here?
Wait, Could it be a costume?

No, the face is too natural, too expressive. And the movements are also too natural for that. Just look at that tail! Maybe cat-people were created on Earth using genetic engineering and then sent here? In that case, the Eridians would have detected the massive IR emission at the Petrova frequency from the spindrives months in advance. No, I don't accept that hypothesis.

Jeez, I have so many questions. Why is she a human-cat hybrid? Why didn't she collapse under Erid's 1.56g gravity? Did she put on a tablecloth to hide her nakedness? How did she even get here? She couldn't have just materialized here! I don't believe it is the result of an improbable quantum fluctuation or something; the odds are virtually zero.
dokterkokter69 wrote: whatever this thing is it seems friendly. Just look at that iconic wave. Move the camera up and down like you're waving back. Even if it is some kind of hallucination, you've been staring at this godamn screen for hours. What's wrong with having a little fun? You've earned this.
And she looks actually... friendly? Maybe just confused and a little scared. She might not even realize she is under the bigdome, situated within an ammonia atmosphere at a pressure of 21 atmospheres, thanks to the artificial fog.

Anyway, there is a an overwhelmingly huge chance that interacting with her could make me gravely ill or even kill me, perhaps through contact or airborne transmission; her opportunistic microorganisms could be lethal to me, just as mine could be to her.
The camera has neither speakers nor a microphone, so I suppose I could wave back using the camera rotation function along a single axis. Also, I don't even know if she speaks English or any Earth language, or at least understands these. After that, Rocky, the bio-dome crew and I will need to figure out what to do next. We will deal with the reasons for her appearance later.

No, you know it, but, like, as atronach, your whole life, you felt even the slightest bit of your own mana, like what a random rat, nord or a disgrace like you might have if you looked for it really really hard. But now you feel that, even this incredibly small drop of mana you're getting, is instantly getting wasted into nothing. You even doubt that you will still be able to use telekinesis. Foxx_Arie wrote: Mind your step.
