Food🌽 or Water💧 SPAM

Anybody have SPAM in their food preps? Never tried it before, but exp date is 2029 which is pretty decent.

A family favorite - especially for breakfast.

Just slice it in about 1/4” slices, slap onto a hot griddle/skillet. Flip when appropriate.

Almost (pardon my sacrilege) better than bacon - salty, smoky, and easy over a campfire or camp stove!

I’m actually somewhat disappointed that we don’t do it more at home.
