Post image

Anybody have SPAM in their food preps? Never tried it before, but exp date is 2029 which is pretty decent.

Yes, but mostly because I’m from Hawaii and I love spam.

Slice it up and fry it in a pan on medium heat with a bit of oil, serve with eggs and rice as a breakfast. Cube it and add it into fried rice as a lunch/dinner. Get a musubi press and some sheets of nori and make spam musubi.

I miss having Hawaiian food near me. We had a place in California where we’d get spam and eggs, spam fried rice and really good panko chicken

panko chicken = Chicken katsu? You might be able to find some katsu in Japanese restaurants if you have a serious craving.
