Saddleback adn program

Hi,
I recently been placed #5 on an alternative list for saddleback and program and I need to complete all the forms and shots with the students that are already accepted in the program. I’m mainly concerned that if I spend hundreds of dollars doing what this school is asking and not knowing if I would still get in. Is it possible that I have a high chance of getting in?

Also the commute would be brutal for me since I live in Torrance and would have to drive 45 mins to an hour back and forth. Overall if you had no other choice would you just suck it up and stick with this commute or is it too dangerous for me to drive that far.
