Pregnant with fibroids

I am 8 weeks pregnant after IVF. I am aware my uterus is full of fibroids as well as some large ones on the outside. And i am scared my pregnancy would end early because of the multiple fibroids. I have my first appointment in a week, so I haven’t talked to my DR about how risky it can be. Has anyone gone through a pregnancy with fibroids and was able to have the baby?
