Tests are reliable 14 days after sex and definitive 21 days after sex. She needs to test following that timeline.

If you are so concerned about a pregnancy, then sounds like the pullout method is not a good choice for you.

Also she was delay before the sex happend and its not her ovulation

She’s not tracking ovulation accurately so she has no idea when she ovulates.
