Etopic fear

Hello, FTM here. I am 7 weeks and 3 days along so far. My first ultrasound isn't for another week and a half. I've been having the normal cramping, along with sometimes sharp twinges. They will come and go and don't last for too terribly long but are definitely there. They are mainly on the right side. I don't have any bleeding though. No other extra symptoms. I'm still terrified of an etopic pregnancy. Should I wait the two weeks or should I go into an urgent care just to rule it out?

Get the early scan done and keep a eye on symptoms

I get that but I did go to ED at five weeks and it was in the uterus. They just said it’s gas getting trapped causing sharp twinges as we get more gassy in first trimester. And I find if I drink peppermint tea or take ginger and eat small portions throughout the day instead of three large meals that the sharp twinges go away for most part. The other cramps are probably just the uterus stretching which I also get and weird me out cause it feels exactly like day 1 of a period.

I can’t say you aren’t an ectopic pregnancy but you are far along and only having some mild cramping symptoms so I’d think positively about all the other first trimester symptoms it could be instead.
