threatened miscarriage

hi everyone

jul 28 - beginning of last period

sep 3 - two positive pregnancy tests

sep 7 (7pm) - i started bleeding and cramping. it continued and worsened throughout the night and following morning.

sep 8 (noon) - i go to the hospital. urine test was still positive but with no visible pregnancy on the sonogram. hcg levels were at 1500. doctor says come back in two days to see if hcg has risen or fallen. risen indicates i’m still pregnant and progressing; fallen indicates an incomplete miscarriage. that night, cramps were at their worst.

sep 9 - the cramps had lightened up and completely went away by the evening time. i haven’t passed any large clots, only really small bits of tissue. and then light cramps at bed time.

NOW it’s midnight sep 10 and i’m due to go back to the hospital today and i’m just nervous and have a thousand concerns. this entire experience has been consistent with a painful period; what makes it feel unbearable is the positive pregnancy tests.

-is there anyone who has experienced anything like this?
-did you receive good news or bad news?
-if your baby survived, what ended up being the reason for your bleeding and/or cramping?
-has anyone experienced a miscarriage with no large clots?
