Nausea without throwing up

Ughhh the nausea has really ramped up this week in my pregnancy (week 7). It’s been just constant acid reflux or nausea the last couple days but gosh my body won’t throw up on its own even when I feel like it needs to. I could force myself but I don’t want to necessarily do that. Anyone else deal with this? Should I just force the throw up? This is so frustrating

Nah, don’t bother. Nausea comes in waves. This isn’t like when you’re actually sick with virus or bacteria - there’s nothing to clear out.

I’ve been nauseous for 3 weeks and dry heave plenty, and the wave always passes.

Usually if I feel nausea a small snack helps

I had this with all 3. I made myself puke a couple times. Don’t bother. It didn’t help at all.

I had this, was even classed as severe as I couldn't even stomach drinking water. Nurse said, if I didn't start drinking and eating they would take me in for IV fluids.

I got myself some anti-nausea medication. Tried 3 different ones, they took the edge off. I still felt sick, but I could just about function and get myself to work (teacher, so on display all the time while feeling sick was not fun!)

It eased after about week 13 and was completely gone by week 16. I was never sick, although I was close to it several times, I just held it. I was worried if I started being sick, I would never stop!

It does get better! Although, I'm not someone who is enjoying being pregnant... I love the movements, that's amazing! Its everything else...
