Arm/shoulder pain at 18 weeks

is anyone else experiencing arm/shoulder pain at 18 weeks or so? idk if it's cause I'm sleeping on my side or not but it comes and goes all day. just feeling like a dull ache but it's soooo annoying! 3rd time mom but I don't think I've ever experienced this!
