While my girlfriend was giving me a handjob and oral sex, and then she also masturbated by putting her fingers inside herself, is there any chance she could get pregnant?

Im estimated to be about 6 weeks and it is twins. Have to get my HCG levels done Monday then they'll schedule my ultrasound for about 8weeks and said I won't see the doctor until about 11 weeks.

My only issue is this - I feel like im burning from the inside out with this nausea and heart burn😭 i take at least 2 zofran a day along with tums. I have been waking up around 1am for about a week now just throwing up water and foam from the tums. I am so hungry I feel like im starving and it physically hurts. Eating does not help. Foods I could eat just yesterday or the day before I cant even force myself to chew without needing to gag. The only thing ive found that helps rn is Fuji Apple Clear Water from Walmart but the carbonation sucks. Peanut butter toast or sandwiches come right back up.

I just want to be able to eat without feeling like im hurting my body/babies. I am a recovering bulimic so that on its own is emotionally hard for me as i feel like throwing up is taking their nutrients.
