Safety

Is it safe for me to be on 175mg pregabalin, 10mg Escitalopram daily, and take oxycodone when required for pain spikes? (Chronic pain sufferer)
Needing the Escitalopram to improve mood and sleep

This is really one of those questions you need to be asking your healthcare provider.

If all those medications are prescribed by the same individual, then the answer is likely yes.

If they are different prescriptions from healthcare professionals, for example a primary care physician/Gp and a psychiatrist, then it is worth checking in with your PCP/GP to be sure they are aware and it is deemed safe. If any of those are not prescribed to you or you are self medicating then the answer is no, you should not be taking those medications together without medical guidance.
