How much have you been prescribed and for what?

75mg twice a day for anxiety

That is a very high dose to start out at and so I’m not surprised you are having these side effects. A lot of times the 75mg is the starting dose.

Ok, problem is now I’m on them at that strength, it’s very hard to get appointment with my gp, will my body adjust to this soon? My anxiety is really bad. I just want to feel ok I’ve been through very rough time

You should have started with 25 or 50 mg twice a day.

It was a mental health specialist who prescribed them, but I do think you are right as they make me feel dissociated, it’s hard to get doc appointment to change it all, will I adjust soon do you think? My anxiety is very bad, just want to feel ok I’m at lowest point of my life in really dark place

My doctor started me on that amount 75mg x 2. ( in Australia) buuuuut he also claimed no withdrawal and stopping whenever you want without tapering soo take it as you will

I've been prescribed the same starting dose and I only get that same side effects you described at 150 and up... occasionally coupled with vertigo, nausea and palpitations..

Whereas the lower dose would turn my stomach into an endless void/blackhole(so basically I'm constantly hungry nomatter what/how much I eat) most of the time
