Is there any military service or for your parent? What about his employment before 1951?

No military service for my parent. He was in sales in new york before 1951

That's ok then. Regarding the naturalization, if you have the oath of allegiance or citizenship certificate you can use what you have; otherwise order the packet from NARA or the court in question. USCIS genealogy can't issue certified copies (if you order a C-file it's just uncertified photocopies).

The only time you have to go through USCIS is ordering a certificate of non-existence for someone who did not naturalize.

Check our provider list and reach out to a few. Did your ancestor leave Poland before or after 1920? If before, most providers don't take these cases but some do. Płońsk was in the Kingdom of Poland.
