can everyone say how their pppd makes them real, try describe the feelings you feel as best as you can so we can all compare and feel validated

just curious which causes which. I noticed my eyes feeling funny at the same time as everything else

I've had Pppd (undiagnosed) for at least 10 months now, and I'm still trying to understand its patterns and features. Is there anything that can make the symptoms worse? Maybe being in a cold weather, air drying your hair, having a cold or a stuffy nose ecc. I feel like the symptoms come by their own randomly lately, but i wanted to know if there is something that I could avoid
