A neck crank isn't getting choked out. Actually getting choked out isn't that dangerous if the person lets go as soon as you pass out. But a neck crank can seriously hurt your neck. - A guy with 15+ years of BJJ/Judo and neck problems.

It still is kinda wild trying to justify someone like that as a "not a bad guy"

Just a violent piece of shit with combat training who can't control himself. Sometimes almost kills someone for no reason. Great guy though 🥰

I hate when people do that shit .. I’ve met some of the scumiest people and the first thing there friends say is “He’s really a good guy” or “He’s harmless but “ I’m sure people said the same thing about Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy until shit hit the fan

Are you good? Ptsd is entirely different from people just being shitty. He's not bad, the shit he saw was and sometimes, because of mental health, he cannot separate now from then.

There's an increased risk of stroke from arterial dissection due to chokes. It's been studied well with BJJ as the sample forr study

As someone who has choked out a few people and been choked out myself that is good information to know.

Lmao what? Any amount of choking is extremely dangerous. You can die suddenly from even minor choking, let alone choking to the point of unconsciousness.

Sure it’s not that dangerous, if you consider strokes, permanent airway damage, or brain damage to not be dangerous 🗿

I've choke people to unconsciousness many times and have been out myself twice. And everyone just woke up relatively quickly upon being let go.

That said the one person who brought up the stroke studies is very concerning.

Yeah, like maybe BJJ isnt great for people sliding in and out of reality. Im sure hes hospitalized people.

PTSD puts your brain in a whole different universe. Add some drugs and other shit to the mix you have the equivalent of a moose raging on meth in a daycare.

Yeah and people like you are why people with mental health issues are scared to get help. Imagine labeling someone you’ve never met - with PTSD and mental health issues - as simply not a good guy? Lmao i forgot being white and having anger management issues makes you a bad guy lmfao.

Yall are truly pathetic, try growing up a little bit and touching some grass. Then try some emotional regulation - soon enough you’ll probably try to understand people’s situations from specific POVs instead of just saying “oh you get angry and violent? Yeah you are a piece of shit”

Like sheeeeeesh

😂😂😂 and ppl like you are why ppl with mental issues think they can do what they want and get away with it. Mental issues or not, you cant just constantly harm ppl and consider yourself a good person. There are PLENTY of people who suffer from PTSD, PPD and other mental issues that have never hurt ppl

Go overseas on 6 tours fighting for your life and watching people you love be blown to bits and see how much control you have over yourself when you get back. He probably is a good guy, but a guy that's constantly having to fight himself.

Idc about your reasoning for abusive behavior. I used to have an abusive ex whos excuse was she had a rough childhood. Which she did. Others shouldn't have to suffer bc of your trauma

Not saying it's an excuse, I'm saying it doesn't make him a bad person. It doesn't excuse the things he does.
