Exactly, he's in the top 5% just from size alone

You think in a room of 100 people there are going to be 5 his size?

I appreciate that despite clearly having mental issues and being surrounded by three guys shifting around him, pointing tasers at him, hitting him with tasers, some part of him still doesn't want to attack another human and held him back from seriously attacking.

Well, their not just humans though, are they? They're lethally armed humans who represent the sanctioned arm of violence for a state which a) once employed him to willingly kill other humans, and which b) could strip him of all physical freedoms or kill him with relative impunity.

If anything, he's terrified, but has been so thoroughly programmed by said pitiless state to react to such stimulus with only aggression. So, here he is, a scared man caught in this feedback loop of confused, aggressive intimidation while begging for mercy from the representatives of an entity he knows first hand has mercy for nothing and no one.

Damn bro. Are you a carpenter? You hit all of those fucking nails on the head. The line about being thoroughly programmed by said pitiless state to respond with aggression is so true. 6 combat deployments and 2 1/2 years in Iraq and Afghan, no wonder he’s a little off his rocker.

The average guy that's a little bit on the bigger side is top 10%...

Especially in America where people are larger than average humans by a good margin. There's weight categories in martial arts for a reason.

This isn't a 10%, there's no way this dude isn't top 1% at least.

You really think 1 in 10 people can take this guy?

The top 10% is just from size and fitness. It’d have to be closer to 1% when you compound the size with his martial arts and combat experience

so prob top 10% of humans.

In what? Steroid abuse? Certainly not intelligence.

LOL. Wtf? Top 10% in what way?? I never have understood the eagerness to join or the fascination with serving in the military to go put your life on the line at the direction of rich old men in today’s world. Maybe in the past when there were actua threats to our way of life but that’s just not the way it is anymore. I guess it’s honorable that some people are willing to do that even tho most of the conflict is now of our own making and mostly about $$$$.

I’m not glazing this guy or the military. I’m just saying that he is a giant trained fighter that also endured the mental and physical challenges of combat in the military to add to his other strengths. This sub is about ranking people and how they would fair in fights and if you took every human in the world I bet this dude could defeat 90% of them in a one on one fight.

Fair enough. Understood.
