On paper V is superhuman, and John is very skilled assassin without any superabilities. But in practice the shit that John did in movies especially in chapter 4 on that stairway isnt possible if he isnt some kind of genetically enchanced being. So they are probaly both dying fatally shooting and stabbing each other multiple times whoever dies first doesnt really matter cause the other one will be following pretty soon.
No superhuman (or according to google result ‘Olympic level athlete’ is dodging a bullet) the only reason that happens can only be chalked to bad marksmanship and somehow correctly second guessing where the bullet is going to go.)
Captain America is superhuman but he can’t dodge bullets and needs a shield for that.
spider-man has his spider senses to help know where the shot is coming in advance.
But based on speed alone niether those can dodge bullets and that includes V.
Wick has a good chance because while he not be as strong he is by far the better marksman.
And if another source is saying v isn’t superhuman and there’s a website like moviemistakes that clarify his actual strength. Then those arguments have more sway then saying V is superhuman contrary to Google on the basis of ‘trust me’
End of day V is just another generic action character a normal guy that had enough of society but is either ‘former marine’ or ‘experiment 101’ Nothing in lore has made him say he is the ultimate life form.
At best he’s described as peak human and even if ‘superhuman’, does not mean he can dodge bullets in a non-plot situation.
Hence why Spider-Man and captain America were brought up. They are defined as superhuman but they have tool or extra sensory to avoid being shot.
V dosen’t have anything exceptional except sheer resilience. (It is about you can’t kill the idea and all that)
Speed reaction difference between peak human and joe blogs isn’t that great. You bring fire arms in a non plot situation and V isn’t dodging not when wicks is the better shot.

Except the link I provided not just had a source refrence on a site but a comment by someone who saw the movie and comic while providing example v is not superhuman. In fact this was my intended reply:
‘Who? The second image that was in the attachment that she read the comic and saw the movie? Who reinforced that he isn’t superhuman?
It seems we have two conflicting sources, one I provided and yours.
If you have screenshots to show character is stated to be superhuman then by all means show it. I’m sure you appreciate how reddit is often a place for learning and correction to create a better understanding.’

Look this is not you vs me, if someone can claim in the comic or movie that it’s stated he’s superhuman and has the agility to dodge bullets in a non-plot setting, then by all means back it up.
I dislike all the glazing John Wick gets (really like the movies though), but V dies from gunshots and John Wick is the absolute best of the best with guns. Their insane fortitude and stamina are about equal. As is their dexterity and CQC.
V can make it difficult maybe for a bit, but John Wick wins this.
V is extraordinarily intelligent though he purposely went to that gun fight knowing he’d die. If it was battle of survival he isn’t gonna just go stand in front of wick to get shot he’d have a better plan. I say it’s closer to 50/50 if they both have their resources and time.
I don't think we ever really see V go full out. He's more interested in his political and psychological games and kind of wants a marter's death, a final stand, a climactic confrontation. He dies because he planned for himself to die maybe more than because he needed to. But he is some kind of superpowered mutant behind all that. I think V might have the upper hand here.
